hi, good job for proposal!

just a few final comments:

banner
1) cute design. does it mean that the cost for the banner will be entirely absorbed by the sec 2s?
2) you will not be allowed to paint in sch, cos a proposal needs to be submitted to the pe dept at least 2 weeks in advance, and a teacher i/c has to be down for painting. is it possible to paint at someone's hse?
3) the banner's a very one-off thing. maybe you'd like to think of how u can use it for future purposes?

menu
1) should be more obvious & distinct. esp for marshmallows

cleanup
1) i/cs please make sure clean-up is efficient. i assume that people doing the last shift will be doing clean up?
